Returns & Exchanges

At Welcome Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup and gear. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange any unused, unmounted items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all decks, apparel, and hardware are in their original packaging, unskated, and with all tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
